FAQs

Please reach us at if you cannot find an answer to your question.

If the price match is from an “authorized:” dealer that is verifiable, and not a close-out or B-stock, Absolutely. Bring it on. We will gladly match that price.

However, if you Googled the model number and were taken to Amazon or one of the other gazillion web sites selling damn near everything and then some…that one we will determine on a case by case basis depending on what the product is and who is selling it and for what price,** and what Dave had for breakfast.

(See footnotes) **

If the price match is from like Craig’s List or Aunt Margret’s new boyfriend’s brother who works in a warehouse/shop in LA, does “that” really seems legit huh? … Hell No. Come on man, be real!

Installation of products vary per car and items, to be accurate the best way for us to give a accurate quote is for the product and vehicle to be on site, we can certainly give you a ballpark over the phone

Always! We warranty everything we sell and also have a lifetime warranty on all installations.

Sounds Good to Me will extract for free any system purchased from Sounds Good to Me, and for a small fee reinstall the factory equipment to the leased vehicle to original factory.

Yes

Our hourly rate is $100 an hour for our outside labor with a minimum of $50 for installation services. Note: we do not do outside labor for alarms.

Not always, but it is recommended. Calling a day ahead is recommended of the desired install time.

We understand that everybody wants to pay the least amount for what it is they want to buy, we get that, and with Amazon there isn’t anything you can’t find for less than what most brick and mortars price their products at, we get that too. But…

** Here is the deal with price matching off Amazon.  Before we can become an “authorized” dealer we sign a binding contract to represent and sell that company’s products at certain price points.  That price point takes in account warranty claims, advertising, shipping, R&D, etc. and so we are contractually obligated to honor that pricing guide. And no we just can’t whore that shit out like some sites do. Why? Cause we represent, that’s why.

Now an “unauthorized” dealer doesn’t give a damn about any agreement to sell the products at a set price because they didn’t sign any contract. So, those bastards can whore the shit out of these brands. And they do too, the pricks.

Those products sold don’t come with any manufacturer’s warranty or product support either, something very few sites mention.  They might tell you “of course it comes with a manufacturer warranty” but when push comes to shove and you try to submit a claim and send in proof of purchase it is discovered that the unit was purchased from a non-authorized channel and warranty support is denied. So, that’s why price matching has to be on a case by case basis.  Come on, throw us a bone, and give us a shot at matching it, you never know…in most cases we will, but we do play by the rules.
